Strategy at its best!
Time flies when you're having fun, or just really busy! Five years ago, I took the leap, left Identity Works (25 years as an employee, 16 years as majority owner) and launched my own adventure: EmiraUnltd.
What a ride it’s been! Three months in, the pandemic arrived to spice things up. The world’s gotten darker, more dystopian, and now we’re in the middle of an AI revolution that’s shaking up… well, pretty much everything.
Still, we march on! My top lessons from the past five years:
-Surround yourself with amazing people.
-Trust is your best currency.
-Don’t be afraid to create something new (even if it feels slightly bonkers).
